The handles are only a guide, if filled and placed properly this will not break and fall off your swim deck.
The bag must be filled 100% full to the brim so it doesn't move.
Fill the bag with water, bleed the air, then fill it with more water until the bag is 100% full.
Works best till fill with air first for placement
