Return Policy

At White Cap Watersports, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

• Return Period: Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  - Condition: Returned items must be unopened and unused.                                - Return Shipping: Flat Rate of $15 for shipping on all returns Items 
  - Return Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% return fee.                                       
  

How to Return an Item

Contact Customer Service: Before sending your return, contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization.
2. Package Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged and includes the original receipt.
3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

All Sale Items Are Final No returns Allowed 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment, minus the 10% return fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
