3. Backorders
- Notification: If an item in your order is on backorder, you will be notified via email once your order has been placed. In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing a product to be on backorder after the order has been placed, you will be promptly informed.
- Customer Choice: You will have the option to either keep the product on backorder or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, please be aware that a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
- Item Descriptions: Products that are potentially on backorder will be specified within the item’s description on our website. If an order is canceled by the customer due to backorder status, the 10% cancellation fee will still be charged.
